15G'S CHOCOLATE ORANGE
Taste: Milk Chocolate . Orange . Honey
Origin: Colombia
Process: Honey
Like a piece of Terry’s Chocolate Orange with your morning brew, this honey-processed caturra from Nariño, Colombia is our take on a festive treat. It’s a blend of tradition, sweetness and exceptional craftsmanship. This coffee is a tribute to both the land and the people who cultivate it.
This bean is grown by smallholders in rural areas of Nariño, with most farmers belonging to an indigenous reserve called Aponte. Having started producing honey-processed coffees in 2018, they continue to achieve great success with this method. The region’s cool yet humid climate is ideal for honey processing.
Our goal was to highlight our favourite festive flavours while preserving the complex and delicate nature of this bean. Suited best for filter brewing, we find notes of milk chocolate, orange, and honey in the cup.
